2025 Tavel-Style Rosé
This remains our red-wine drinker’s rosé with its deep character. A nose of red fruit (sweet cherries, strawberries, and pomegranate) bursts through. On the palate, the same red fruits appear, with a black tea finish and a bigger, more complex mouthfeel than expected. Made with Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre fruit from our estate and other central coast vineyards. A few months of aging in neutral oak barrels adds more personality, resulting in a deeply satisfying bold Rosé that holds its own with most foods or by itself.
47% Syrah, 34% Grenache, 19% Mourvèdre

La Surprise
Our newest release from the La Petite Caroline label, this ruby-colored gem was aged in 40% New French Oak barrels for 17 months, allowing the fruit from the three different varietals to shine through. The result is a medium-bodied wine with overtones of raspberries, cherries, orange peel and allspice with a bright finish on the palate. We’re big fans of Rhone-style GSM blends and it was a true surprise when our approachable, laid-back label wine emerged as an equal in quality and elegance to our flagship GSMs from years past, but we’re thrilled that’s what happened here. If you’ve never tried GSM, start here (and don’t stop)! If you already love GSM, we believe La Surprise will compare nicely with your favorites.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is what you think of when someone says “red wine”. A deep ruby color, our take on this classic is layered and complex, without being overwhelming. From its initial dark red cherry notes to its green peppercorn finish, it pairs up beautifully with heartier foods, but also does wonderfully as a delicious sipping wine. It is sure to make you feel as if you are sitting at the café pictured on its label, listening to the band play, watching interesting people walk by without a care in the world. “Garcon! Another glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, sil vous plait.”

2025 Provence Rosé
A barely blushing wine made with grapes from both our estate vineyard and Paso Robles fruit. True to our signature style, it is delicate and refreshing, with a beautifully floral nose of honeysuckle, orange blossoms, and bergamot-scented Earl Grey tea. Smooth on the palate, it is immediately reminiscent of cherry candy, rose petals and vanilla on the finish. It’s a refreshing summer sorbet in a glass! Stainless steel fermentation was used to produce this marvelous spring and summer sipper.

2025 Chardonnay
Our new vintage provides the perfect balance of oakiness and brightness, a combination of new and old-world styles. Its nose is a surprising combination of floral and fruity – orange blossoms and crisp green apples. Its mouthfeel is silky and, on the palate, it has tropical notes of pomelo, mango and pineapple, with a smooth finish of vanilla and a hint of almond from its time in neutral French oak. This Chardonnay is the perfect complement to strongly-flavored or spicy foods or the classic pairing with white meats and fish.

Symphonie des Terres
Our flagship wine is a symphony of the soils and grapes that we use to produce the quintessential Rhone-style blend, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Most of the fruit is grown on our Mount Hamilton estate, whimsically painted on the label. With the vineyards soaring 1,500 feet above the Silicon Valley floor, these plants work had on the steep mountainside to produce excellent fruit. We top off every vintage with fruit grown along the Central Coast of California for a harmonious result: A medium-bodied wine reminiscent of blackberries with notes of vanilla and cream.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2023 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is reminiscent of the best European (Left Bank) style crafted wines. It all starts with a tantalizingly elegant nose of cherry, cream and green peppercorn – just breathe it in – and rounds out with a lingering, bright finish on the palate. In between, earthy, savory tones (dare we say umami) blend with nuanced black fruit, and raspberry jam, creating pure joy in your mouth. Tannins are present but not too prominent, giving this wine great structure and beautiful legs in the glass, and making it an excellent choice for pairing with food or sipping by itself. I think we’re in love!

Sonate Rouge
Our Cabernet blend evokes another musical work of art- a sonata in red. Willow Creek Cabernet Sauvignon is combined with another Bordeaux classic, Petit Verdot, and with a nod to our Rhone flagship, blended again with our estate Syrah. The result is a rhapsody of the senses with aromatic, elegant dark red fruit coating your wine glass with leggy tannins and an unmistakable smooth vanilla mouthfeel from the 18 months spent in French Oak.

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
With concentrated, optimally ripe Paso Robles fruit from the Willow Creek District AVA, our limited production Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is full bodied with a smooth finish. It has a rich, velvety mouthfeel and showcases flavors of dark fruit like black currant and plums, with a lingering dark chocolate and spice finish. Vanilla, dark cherry and baking spice aromas and deep garnet tones make it a multi-sensorial delight! Aged in predominantly new French Oak barrels for 17 months, this wine has enough tannins for optimal structure, allowing you to drink it immediately or to cellar for 10 years.

2024 Pinot Noir
Our first Pinot Noir is a delight to the senses. It presents with a translucent garnet color, and a complex aroma that is both bright with red fruits and becomes more earthy as it sits in your glass. The first sip reveals a silky, elegant mouthfeel followed by flavors of black cherry, cola and forest floor, with baking spices at the finish. Aging it in once-used French oak barrels for 15 months allows the wine’s freshness and terroir flavors tocome through.
